1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Gorgelio Atelier services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Purchases & Access
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased courses for personal or business training. Resale, redistribution, or sharing credentials is prohibited.
4. Refunds
Refunds may be granted within 14 days if the course substantially differs from its description and your progress is under 25%. We may request feedback to improve quality.
5. Acceptable Use
- No attempts to circumvent access controls
- No scraping, automated downloads, or content misuse
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful behavior
6. Intellectual Property
All materials are owned or licensed by Gorgelio Atelier and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
